Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4 on 1979. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her and also in Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series began with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
